Both versions of the Silent Gliss
3840 are ceiling fix tracks which are symmetrical, i.e.
they view the same from either side. This make the 3840
especially suited for applications where a room divider
is required.
The hand drawn version comes
supplied with the wave heading system which adds to the
attractiveness of the curtain when drawn. The cord drawn
version can also be supplied with the wave heading
system if required.
Tracks come in lengths of up to 6m
without a join and can be enlarged up to 12m with
joining bridges and centre return pulleys in the case of
the corded version. This track will be
suitable for medium curtain weights, and
can be forward and reverse bent making it suitable for

The standard cord drop for the
Silent Gliss 3840 is 150cm, however because all Silent
Gliss products are Made to Measure if you require a
longer or shorter cord drop this can be specified. |

There are two different glider options for
the cord drawn version of the 3840, using the roller gliders the
capacity of the track can be increased. |
|
Maximum Curtain Weight Chart. Note
this applies to the corded version of this track, hand drawn
tracks will take more weight.
If an intermediate pulley is used
then the weights can be doubled.
If you have more bends in your track then you should
take these into account. |

Fixing Options |
Because this track is ceiling fixed there
are significant differences between this and other Silent Gliss
tracks.
For flush mounting to the ceiling there are two types of

brackets detailed above different gliders, cord guides and
pulleys, cord weights and tensioners are also available. |

There are effectively four different
glider options for the 3840, although two of these are the
variants of the Wave System. From
left to right, the standard glider, the roller glider and the
wave glider system which comes in 60mm and 80mm versions. |
